Hello Brilliant SF Users!
I need your assistance! We use video testimonials as part of our marketing outreach. I do not want to store the video testimonials within Salesforce, but I do want reps to be able to search/see that the videos exist. There is a field on the Account object "Date Video Testimonial Received". I could do a view and/or a report of that field.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated!

If you wanted to store the link to the video on the account you could turn on the history for that field to capture the date the URL was updated and then create a matching date field on the account that would populate at the same time thus giving you the ability to sort your report by date etc.
