. Searches came up empty. We're a consulting company helping a customer with implementation. In this case we had access to a sandbox but not the production organization. I don't believe that it's possible to open a case with sandbox login credentials. So we wound up giving the customer instructions along with Branding collateral (colors and image files) to configure that Brand changes themselves in production. The manual configuration worked but was not optimal!
