Hoping to re-visit this question with you (I was in the first Lightning for Service Cloud class back in Nov-Dec). We are moving along in our implementation of Lightning Service Cloud (going live in early June!!) and have been testing out a Chrome extension markdown compiler (Markdown Here) since SFDC does not have anything to accomplish this natively or on the AppX; this is something our end users currently use and is extremely high on their need list (even though we have other thoughts). Testing it out in the case feed - it works in Classic but not in Lightning. Wanted to find out if there was more info on this - or if there is a workaround that we can use that will satisfy our end users?

@Heather Geisert, I have raised this with the with specialists internally. They have also run into issues and have created a record to record feedback. We have added your feedback, as well. I will keep looking, as this is a blocker keeping you from moving forward into Lightning Experience.
