Hey, maybe someone has an idea if i can translate this somehow?
Additionally: The icon left next to "Case details" - can that be changed? Would be cool if it would have been taken from the action where i am able to assign icons by my self, but that doesn'T seem to be the case.

Description
I have created a custom object and I have translated the name of this object into a different language through rename tabs and labels section in setup, but the custom object related list still appears in the original language. How can I change this?
Resolution
You need to go through the translation workbench:
Setup | Translation Workbench | Translate
Language = XXXX
Setup Component = Custom Field
Object = XXXX
Aspect =Related List Label
There are 2 columns, 1 for master list label and one for it's translation. You should double click in the translation column where the custom field label has the value Account, type your translated text and save.
