I tested switching my profile to Lightning and back to Classic, but that didn't help. the Company Highlights feed in the Salesforce Chatter app on Windows 10 continues to work like the 'All Company' feed in Classic, rather than the same-named new Lightning Chatter feed. 

Is this a known issue? 

The Chatter app for Windows 10 does not show the same Lightning Chatter in the full site.
