MassUpload issues. Trying to mass upload Opportunities for multiple accounts and I'm running into two issues. To start I've tried to upload using both DataLoader and DemandTools and experiencing the same issues. 1. In my excel file, I have the "stage" as "soliciting." However, when I upload the file, it wants to make the "stage" as "posted." 2. I have the "close date" I want in the excel file as well. However, upon upload it wants to select todays date as the close date.

Any suggestions
