Has anyone else seen this issue?  We have two actions for approvals that happen in the same minute.  (The action is approved and then another action is immediately submitted.)  As you can see in the attachment, these actions show flipped in the approval history. (Actions 2 and 3 - should be 3 then 2)

This does not happen in classic if looking at that same record.
