I have a page layout in classic that is a little busy when I convert to Lightning. When I try to add a new tab to the page and add Lightning Component for 'detail', it just duplicates the original detail page.
Is there a way to separate sections of a page layout in Classic into multiple tabs in Lightning using Lightning Components?

From what I've looked at, you may be able to use the tab'd view and add a compact page layout to one of them? That's something I want to try out.
