@Joe Ryan Currently we need to use the Classic Page Layout Editor to modify the Record Detail layout. Does the #Lightning Roadmap include only needing to use the Lightning App Builder for ALL layout editing?

@Mark Bruso Yes, we are working towards supporting this to make App Builder the one tool you need to modify all aspects of a record page. As mentioned above, It is a big effort so it will take some time before anything becomes visible in this area.
