A few of my users now (since Spring 17?) have had an issue with opportunity field values like Account and an auto-number field not load it's value on the page. When they update the record, they receive an error as if the field is null since is it required.
If they reload the page. The value appears and everything is fine. My users usually don't see the issue until they're trying to save a lot of changes and then they have to reload and abandon their changes.
The Opportunity in the picture was created on 4/3, where the auto-number was assigned on creation, and the Account was filled in since it's required to create it. The error in the picture happened today (4/7), just a few minutes ago.
Any thoughts?

The browser was Chrome from that image. I'll refresh the user's cache and have them report back if they get it again. Thanks.
