Just posted my first post for this year, another use case solutioned with process builder and visual workflow to capture selected data from the Contact History Data object for other use in Salesforce.

I really like this idea but I wonder over time what the impact would be on storage usage as your custom object gets more and more records each time that the fields are changed. I could imagine a scenario where the storage size of this object would become very large very quickly.
