Here's something really cool that i learned to, when using formulas that contain 'IF' statements or where you have to hard code Id's (system admin profile, it's very easy to forget what these are if you ever have to go back to it.

However, if you use /*INSERT TEXT HERE*/ before any closing comma, it will save it as a comment rather than as a part of the formula mean your admin side of things can be as slick and organised as you want it.
