Use chrome extension Salesforce Dependent Picklist Import/Export (Free). It works perfectly.
I am adding a lookup field to Cases and want to be able to pick a user rather than a contact. I'd like to limit the selections to System Admins only but when I try to add the filter I don't have a profile name option, just profile ID. I can't figure out what this is or how it works.
Any assistance is appreciated.

Hello,
I was testing the Import Articles (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sf.knowledge_article_importer.htm&type=5) tool in Setup to try and import a sample article with "datacategorygroup.TOPIC" method to assign each article to a data category group.
I followed the instructions as closely as I possibly could, and used the slide deck of instructions on this website (https://www.asagarwal.com/step-by-step-guide-to-importing-articles-in-salesforce-knowledge/
) as a guide.
However, the article import fails due to the following error:
"This value [datacategorygroup.FAQ] in the header for column 4 cannot be mapped (check both the header and its matching FLS)."
The "datacategorygroup.TOPIC" column is the only one that fails, even though the data category name is spelt correctly and I've followed the instructions perfectly.
Has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround to get this to work?
Thanks!
I solved it! Turns out my data category groups were (embarrassingly) inactive, which is why the import kept failing.
As well as that, I discovered that you actually have to have a HTML file to import the value of any rich text field.
Anyone struggling with this, I would suggest following the steps shown in the slide deck on this article (https://www.asagarwal.com/step-by-step-guide-to-importing-articles-in-salesforce-knowledge/) as closely as you can in a dev org, and make sure that your category groups are active!!!
I have created 1 Orchestration Flow. It is breaking for 1 one of the Activity on the Connect Portal.
If I am running the Orchestration Flow outside of the Connect Portal then it is working fine and giving me the respected output.
I am working in 3-4 sandboxes but only on 1 sandbox it is giving me the following error.
An Error Occurred with Your "Project Approval Flow" Orchestration
You’ve received this email because an error occurred while your "Project Approval Flow" orchestration was running.
View debugging information for this orchestration in Flow Builder.
Error element Submit_for_Approval5 (FlowOrchestratedStage).
An error occurred. Try again, or contact Salesforce Customer Support and provide this error ID: 53194206-372493 (1440708959)
Can anyone help me with this.
Is any permission or something is missing for the connect portal because of that it is not working.
Need to find the solution asap.

I am not savvy in the design and intricancies of Salesforce as I am an IT technician and not a developer, so please keep answers in laymens terms as much as possible and I will pass anything onto our developer department if required.
We use a Shoretel phone system (Shoretel Connect) and we use a CTI call center to give users the ability to make calls using click-to-dial. Everyone runs Salesforce from Chrome, but this issue was happening from Internet Explorer in the past. The issue seems to be very random, but mostly the problem will happen when the user has made an outbound call using click-to-dial and all of sudden the call center will start calling the same number over and over again, which puts the client on hold until all calls are hung up. There are also cases where a user has been sat at their PC with a Salesforce page open and it just starts calling someone on the open account page randomly!
I am certain something in Salesforce (mixture of Classic and Lightning at the moment) is causing the call center to somehow initiate these calls without an user interaction but I am failing to understand what. We handle the underlying phone system and there are no other issues like this from users who DON'T use Salesforce or click to dial.
Any help with this problem is much appreciated.

Try to add the "Files" related list on the page layout. If you are in lightning, go to Setup > Object Manager > Task > Page Layouts > Click on the page layout you are using, select the related lists on the gray panel, look for Files and drag it down to the related list, quick save and open a task record to confirm the Upload File button is existing.
Hope this helps.

The linked cases in this question lead to this being an issue since 2015. Why is there no resolution? The (i) under the field shows to delete or backspace to remove names from the list, yet it does not work. I have to re-type my own name each time I move a case into my name. Big time waster. Can someone provide a fix? Thank you.

is it possible to create a report of cases being followed?or create a view of just these cases?
i was thinking I could create a rule where if the case is being followed a checkbox is automatically selected in the case record. possible? or is there an easier way?
**We have less than 1000 customers and the funcationality that we are looking is bare sharing of documents with secure login for each customer and obviously integration with salesforce.
Experience cloud is built for customer interactions with salesforce. For approx 1000 users it would be costly to purchase licenses. If users need to login to access data then it has cost. If a public site is required without any login then its free.
