Reminder for Event MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect - Level 1 MAINTENANCE Exam

Hi Team,

 

I am not able to give MCPA maintenece exam, Ihave sent multiple mails for it.

 

I am not able give the exam, as the link is saying unauthorized and also i am not able to find it in dashbaord. Can you please help me out.

My exam was secduled for 17th Feb 2024, i tried multiple times to login and attempt it but it was saying unauthorized and now its not even showing on dashboard. Please help me out with this.

Unable to schedule for MCIA Certification Exam

Hi Team,

I am unable to schedule the exam for MCIA for a later date i.e June. I had finished the instructor led exam in March. But when I wanted to schedule for the exam its not allowing me to do so. Kindly help here.

    As you know 26th April 2024 was last date for any MuleSoft exam.

I have tried to give MCIA exam 2 time and both the time due to some issues I was not able to start the test as proctor was not able to resolve the issue. Now in training portal it is asking me to purchase the exam again. how can I get my attempt back?.

I have completed the instructor-led training for the Integration Architect Cert but I am currently unable to choose a date to take the exam. There are no opportunities available at the end of the month. Should I retry from next month or is it an error and

    Very good. So am I supposed to contact them to get acces to the test for cerification ?

MCIA Passing Score

Hi,

I had taken my MCIA Level 1 exam recently and got aggregated score of more than 70%.

However, it shows I have failed the exam. Do you know what might be the reason?

    The total is impossible to calculate from that info because we don't know how many questions are in each section. You can get 0% in some sections and still pass overall, so it might just be that the marks you scored worse in are sections with more questions than others. For example there might have only been one question on a section you got 100% in, but a bunch in one you got 50% in..

how to schedule the exam after the virtual class

Hi, I recently attended to MCIA virtual class on Trailhead, now I should schedule the exam but none provided me with the correct information on how to do that.

 

My Mulesoft Training dashboard does not contain the attended course so it is not possibile to schedule it.

 

For what I remember the course details should appear on my Mulesoft Training dashboard but it is not

 

Any suggestion ? Cases have been opened both on Mulesoft and Trailhead website 3 days ago with no answers until now

    Hi Andres,

    My company has been able to get in touch directly with Mulesoft, I don't know who has been contacted by my course appeared on my dashboard training home page last thursday so finally I was able to schedule it for friday and then I took the exam so now it's ok

    Sorry for the many emails but I started trying to schedule for it on 11march and until 17march it has been impossible

Hi Team, I had attended MCIA training on September 2022 last week, But I did not receive any voucher/email communication for Certification exam. Same I have communicated with MuleSoft team, but I could not get any response from them.

Now I’m looking for MCIA certification exam, but I could not see the exam attend under certification.

Can someone please help me for the same.
