System Test Error: “You Are Not Logged In” - Will It Affect Exam Day?

Hi Community, 

I’m having an issue with the system test for my Salesforce certification exam. Every time I try to run it, I receive the following message: 

 

“You are not logged in.” 

 

I’m accessing the system test using the link and code that were sent to me by email a few days before the exam, so I believe I’m following the correct process. 

 

So far, I’ve already tried: 

 

  • Using a different browser
  • Using a different computer
  • Opening the link again directly from the exam email
  • Repeating the login/system test process several times

 

Unfortunately, I keep getting the same “

You are not logged in

” error. 

 

My main concern is that my exam is already scheduled, and I would like to know whether

this issue with the system test could prevent me from accessing the exam on the actual exam day

, or whether the exam login works differently. 

 

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there anything else I should check or do before the exam? 

 

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi @team my salesforce associate exam did not launch on 12th May. Any solution to it?

    Hi @Rohit Kumar, as this happened on 12th May, Is there any case number that you have raised with trailhead help for this issue?

Protect Your Trailblazer.me Account: Voucher Scams Targeting Trailblazers

 

Scammers are offering fake or discounted Certification exam vouchers to trick Trailblazers into handing over account access — then locking them out and demanding payment to "restore" it.

 

Protect yourself:

  • Never share your login credentials, verification codes, or account access. Salesforce will never ask for these in exchange for a certification exam voucher or discount.
  • Only buy exam vouchers through official Salesforce channels. Purchasing or accepting vouchers from unofficial resellers or third-party sellers violates our Certification Policies.
  • Treat any "account access for a discount" offer as a scam — no exceptions.
  • Never pay anyone claiming they can "restore" your account access.
  • If your account has been compromised, submit a case right away via Salesforce Help.

  1. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Next Consultant: This certification is designed for practitioners who work hands-on with Marketing Cloud Next in a consulting or implementation capacity.
  2. Salesforce Certified Tableau Next Consultant: This certification is designed for practitioners who implement and maintain scalable analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

 

Registration opens Friday, August 21st!

 

On August 21st, details on how to register for both exams will be posted to this community.

Summer '25 Certification Maintenance Due This Friday

 

The deadline for Summer '25 maintenance is due this Friday, August 21st. 

Failure to meet the deadline will result in an expired certification status, necessitating an exam retake at full price to restore certifications.

 

Ensure that the following badges are completed by August 21, 2026, to maintain your certification status: 

 

 

Completing these maintenance badges will also maintain any certifications that require them as prerequisites. 

 

Summer '26 Certification Maintenance Launching Friday

 

Then, on August 27, 2026, Summer '26 maintenance badges will be available for you to get an early start. We strongly encourage proactive completion to avoid potential issues or missed deadlines next year.

 

Visit the Salesforce Certification Maintenance Schedule to learn about deadlines and access maintenance badges.

OnVUE Software Issue in Access code page and unable to enter exam page

Can anyone please help me with my issue and kindly tell me how to proceed ? 

 

On July 11th 2026, I have  a certification exam. I have downloaded and installed OnVUE software.  

 I tried attempting the exam, But OnVUE software has issues and it was blocked in Access code page. I tried multiple times but it doesn't work for me. Issue is with software not from my side. So kindly look into the issues and allow me to re-attempt the exam in test center.  

 

 I paid USD 236 to register for my certification exam. However, due to technical issues with the OnVUE software, I was unable to attempt the exam at all. 

 

Since I could not take the exam because of a problem beyond my control, I kindly request that you investigate this issue and help me resolve it. I would greatly appreciate it if you could allow me to reschedule the exam at no additional cost, as I have already paid the full exam fee. 

 

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your prompt assistance and a positive resolution.

    I understand the problem, share any proof with them. There are other posts on the community which mentions the Pearson software issue so those can be shared with them.  

    This is a forum and we are not salesforce employees. We are trailblazers just like you so can't help in refunding requests. Only salesforce support can help you.
