Hello! I have been having a lot of trouble the past two days and desperately need help.
I am logged in to my account here
https://help.salesforce.com/but I cannot log in to my org because it wants a passkey. I lost my device with the passkey and I am the only admin. My account is not available for chat support and chat says the only way to get help with a passkey is by calling. When I call Salesforce and choose technical support, I get put on endless holds and no one ever answers. When I call Salesforce and choose sales support, they just point me to a help article. I am stuck in an endless loop and this is causing my organization huge issues. Please someone help me!! Sorry in advance if this is a silly question.
