Hello everyone,    I am working on the Trailhead project:    Update a Flow, Agent Action, and Subagent    During the "Import a New Agent with Agent Builder" step, I receive the following error immediately after clicking Save:    "We couldn't assign the agent user. Check to see if you reached the user limit for your org or select a different existing user and try again."    I have already verified the following:    • Using the assigned Agentforce Playground  • Organization ID: 00Dfj00000U3Qce  • EinsteinServiceAgent User exists and is Active  • Einstein Agent license is assigned  • Custom Einstein Agent User profile is assigned  • Agentforce Studio is available  • Coral Cloud Experience Agent already exists  • User licenses are available  • Tried with a fresh Agentforce Playground and the same error occurs.    The "Assign User" dialog never appears. The red error message appears immediately after clicking Save.    Has anyone else experienced this issue with this Trailhead project? Is there a workaround or is this a known Agentforce Playground issue?    Thank you.

    Hi Pardhu,

Since you’re getting the error immediately after Save, and you’ve already confirmed the Einstein Agent User, license, profile, and available user licenses, this sounds more like a Playground provisioning/configuration issue than a missing user assignment.

One thing I’d check is whether there is already another Agent/Agent User consuming the org’s available assignment, especially since the Coral Cloud Experience Agent already exists. Also verify the Einstein Agent User is not already assigned to another agent.

Since you reproduced the same error in a fresh Agentforce Playground, I’d capture the exact error, Playground/org ID, and timestamp and raise it through Trailhead Help. That will allow Salesforce to check the underlying Agentforce user-assignment/provisioning state.
