I need to validate if someone's instance/server is on Hyperforce, as it is required for their data compliance.

There used to be a website (

https://availability.salesforce.com/find-my-instance/

) where you could enter the instance ID (ex: USA123) and it would show the server location and Hyperforce status.

Has that been removed?

If so, where can I validate this information now?

    Hi Gino,

Yes, that specific tool has been retired. Navigating to

https://availability.salesforce.com/find-my-instance/ now just redirects to the general trust.salesforce.com

landing page, the instance lookup form is gone.

Official replacement path, per current Salesforce Help:

    1. Find your Org's instance name first:

Setup > Company Information (Quick Find: "Company Information") > look for the "Instance" field.

       Reference:

    https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000384755&type=1

    2. Then verify that instance's Hyperforce status and location at:

    my.trust.salesforce.com

This is the official successor to the old Find My Instance tool, referenced directly in Salesforce's current Hyperforce FAQ documentation.

       Reference:

    https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=Introducing-Hyperforce-General-Information-FAQ&type=1

The FAQ article explicitly says: "For instance details including location and maintenance windows, visit my.trust.salesforce.com." So this is Salesforce's confirmed, current answer, not a workaround.

One more identifier that can help before you even check the tool: Hyperforce instance IDs generally start with 3 letters followed by numbers (e.g., USA123), corresponding to the org's region. If your instance ID follows that pattern, that's a strong early indicator, but confirm formally via

    my.trust.salesforce.com

since naming conventions alone aren't 100% reliable for compliance purposes.

For your compliance documentation specifically, it's also worth pulling Salesforce's official Trust and Compliance Documentation for Hyperforce, since migrating to Hyperforce changes which compliance docs apply to the org, same FAQ article covers this.
