There is a job failing with the below error in tableau cloud, but when we download and refresh the data source locally there is no error. Also, this dashboard has been there since Jan 2024 but has been failing since Sunday, Aug 4, 2024.
This job failed on Aug 5, 2024, 11:53 AM after running for 0.6 min because of: com.tableausoftware.server.status.reporting.TableauRuntimeException: [Amazon][Amazon Redshift] (20) Error occurred while trying to prepare a query: [SQLState XX000] ERROR: TO_CHAR format must be a literal value

Hi Anusha,
Databases are not immutable and data sometimes changes over time. Have you attempted a fresh connection to this datasource to confirm that all of the data fields are still inside the table ?
A second approach might be to sideload the data into Tableau, and then replace data source on the original dataset. This will pick up if a datapoint has changed from integer to string for example.
