How to SUM aggregated value with non aggregated value on a string with IF function

I am trying to get a sum of downtime in hours but i get I cannot mix aggregated and non aggregated arguments with this function.

Please note Last Work Date is an aggregated calculated field (MAX(End date)). I tried to use below calculations, but it doesn't sum up the values. I only get 0.
