I have these data in excel files:
CompanyLinkAAAwww.aaa.comBBBwww.bbb.comCCCwww.ccc.comDDDwww.ddd.comEEEwww.eee.comEtc..Etc...
When we display the data in tableau in tabular format.
Is there a way to display the link as hyperlink without having to create each company(line) above as 1 sheet?
If using dashboard action >> URL, we have to create each company as 1 sheet.

Hi Ratna,
We do not have a URL type data type in Tableau. It can only be a string. The work around in Tableau is using URL Actions. Follow the steps as given below and refer to this attachment.
1. After connecting to data and dragging in the columns Company and Link (Here Text and Link) to the view. Then go to worksheet and select actions.
2. Then create a URL Type Action by clicking on Add Action, then click on Select and then select the field that has URL. And Click Ok.
