I have to start Values in Parameter from April - 2020 and wants to use "When workbook open" Feature of parameter. My data contains "Actual Plan Flag" column which consists of string Values like "ACTUAL" & "PROJECTION". Now in the parameter it will show latest month. But I want to restrict the list till ACTUAL values latest month. For example my Actual Data is till March-2020 so it has to show list from April - 2020 to March-2020 after that in next month it will automatically show April-2020 using "When workbook open" feature and so on as per latest Actual Month's data.
I have created Below Calculation for Start date of Parameter
if [FINANCIALMONTHSTARTDATE]>= ⌗2020-04-01# then
DATE(DATETRUNC("month", [FINANCIALMONTHSTARTDATE]))
END
Now have to include end date as well in the above calculation.
I have done it using separate fields (below is the calculation for end Month) but want to create only one field to show list in parameter.
{FIXED : MAX(IF [ACTUAL_PLAN_FLAG] = "ACTUAL" THEN ([FINANCIALMONTHSTARTDATE]) END)}
