Hello, I have a problem when publishing map using background maps (except offline) in tableau server. When I display in tableau desktop, it's OK. But after I publish to tableau server, it shows this error :
An unexpected error occurred. If you continue to receive this error please contact your Tableau Server Administrator.

MapProviderException: Cannot connect to the Mapbox server. Please check your internet connection and try again.
