How do I convert the date "202021" to year 2020 and week 21. I've played around a bit but haven't figured it out yet. Thanks!

you are showing a string (text value) for the year week you can convert that to a date using Dateparse

DATEPARSE("yyyyww",  [String Date])

you can then use the field as you would any other date
