For more information, this is the exact error I am receiving. I am able to open the data (.twbx file) in Tableau Desktop but cannot save/update the version to .hyper. The link is not helpful either as it only brings me to the Tableau Feed. Please help!

Have you tried using Tableau's latest version to check if the upgrade option is available? It would be helpful if someone could share the exact steps to convert a .twbx workbook to .hyper without losing any existing work.
