I want only maximum record in alerts based on interval time stamp

Hi there,

i will get data for every half -hour in my project. but i want to show only one latest record of power factor, voltage or Frequency.  I'm attaching screenshot as well as workbook.(2019.4, 10.5 version as well)

condition 1:

If the value of Power factor or  voltage is same for each half- interval then need to show only final record along with time stamp which was shown in Capture screenshot.

only one final record if it is same value attached in 1.png and 2.png

Condition 2:

Eliminate all the records and only show the latest value along with timestamp. for each service no only final record based on latest timestamp( interval timestamp)

for Example Consider Service no: 0000 01868 i need to show only one record power factor-0.47 and time is 16:01:21 which is latest.

Please help with calculation
