Does anyone has the source code for this? Because I need to do few modifications to make it work for my need. It would be much appreciated if anyone can route to me github source repository for this "CMTD Enhanced Related List". Many thanks in advance.

This is a managed package, which means the source code is protected and you won’t be able to modify or update it directly.
If it were an unmanaged package, you would have full access to the code and could make any necessary changes.
