Hi everyone,
In Salesforce Field Service Mobile, I need to:
- Let Field Technicians fill and save a custom form (JHA) while offline.
- Have the record stored locally and auto-sync to Salesforce once online.
- Also generate a PDF offline from the form data, and attach/sync it to the related Service Appointment when the device reconnects.
Has anyone implemented this kind of offline record + PDF generation + auto-sync
flow in FSL Mobile?
Is it possible natively, or would this need a
custom offline-enabled LWC approach?
Appreciate any insights or best practices!

Hey @Yash Gosara I think all these requirements are available out of the box. If users are offline, they can work with data primed for offline usage automatically by field service mobile app. I would recommend to use the briefcase builder to define the correct data for offline usage. Details about briefcase builder you will find here
The field service mobile app syncs data automatically if a user is back online.
