I am freelance designer is not receiving any project updates or invoices in the Hotmail account. After checking everything, she found that the Hotmail account not receiving emails. How i can fix the issue

Junk/Spam & Other folder – emails might be filtered.
Storage quota – make sure the Hotmail/Outlook mailbox isn’t full.
Rules/Filters & Blocked senders – remove any rules or blocks that could move or delete mail.
Send a test mail from another account to confirm if nothing arrives.
If still blocked, sign in at Outlook.com → Settings → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Junk email and clear safe/block lists, then contact Microsoft Support to re-enable the account if it’s flagged.
