I need resources and instructions to set up Ingestion API in Salesforce Data Cloud. I have found a few resources that use Postman to test it. But are there any instructions to set it up for a live project.

Postman is used to hit the Data Cloud API. You can use another tool or code to call that API. I can help you with it.
