Error while trying to complete "Create and Map Benefit Actions" module challenge in Salesforce Loyalty Management.

Question

Hi,

I have been trying to complete the challenge in Salesforce Loyalty Management module - "Create and Map Benefit Actions" but even after following the steps in the tutorial, I am still getting the message - "We can’t find the voucher associated with member CL004".

Also I am getting this Error message - "An Error Occurred with Your "Assign and Process Member Benefits Based on Tier" Flow. Error element Process_Benefit_Action (FlowActionCall). The flow associated with the benefit Action failed. Ask your Salesforce admin for help."

Please guide on the way forward.

" Though I created the issue voucher benefit action and mapped it. not sure why i am getting this error.  if you can throw some light on this, it will helpful
