Hi,
We have a lookup field to user on case which is returning the user's manager.
In the screenflow its prepopulated but getting this error for users, its working for System Admin.
Unexpected Error when retrieving 'Case' Layout Information: Layout contains no sections!
The user's profile has the User and User Profile layout assigned.
Has anyone else come across this or can help please?

I was able to get past this error by adding the "Owner" field to the mini layout. Here are the steps!
Setup > Object Manager > Contact > Page Layouts > click into the assigned Page Layout, and then in the top right corner you'll see
Mini Page Layoutsection.
