I haven't succeeded in sending emails because I don't know how. I've visited the links that Salesforce support team shared, read them several times, and tried to follow the steps, but some steps aren't entirely clear and when I do them, they don't yield results. From what I understand after reading the sections they shared, to send a campaign, I need to select a segment. To select a segment, I need to create one. I've created several already, but I never see the options as detailed in their guide. Also, in one section it mentions something about OptIn or something like that, and I can't find that anywhere. Researching about it, I found something about Data Cloud, but that doesn't even appear as shown in some videos. In conclusion, all I need to learn is how to send an email campaign.
Can you identify which cloud you are hoping to send your emails from - Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud perhaps? Are you working on a particular Trailhead module or is this a real-world scenario?
