Does anyone know why the Standard FSC Relationship Map would give the following error 'Looks like there's a Problem'?

 

Additional Details to Note:

  • We aren't using ARC, only ACR
  • This doesn't happen when accessing a Household Account
  • It seems to be something in the Profile. I can access this Tab as an Admin. 
  • We have validated that all of the correct System Permissions, Perm Set Licenses etc have been granted
  • We have setup and validated numerous times that the Custom MetaData Mappers are configured as needed.

    Resolved, so the issue was with the FSC 'Primary Contact' field on the Account object. We needed to give access to it
