Hello Salesforce Community,

I'm reaching out with an urgent request for assistance. On January 27, my Salesforce JavaScript Developer 1 test was suspended, even though I diligently followed all guidelines. I've created Case #01118422 and am seeking help from the community to resolve this issue.

If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has valuable insights, your assistance would be greatly appreciated. I'm eager to address and resolve this matter promptly. I need to give exam ASAP.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,

Facing a suspension during an important certification test like the Salesforce JavaScript Developer 1 can be incredibly stressful, especially when you've made sure to follow all the guidelines. While I can't directly intervene in Salesforce's administrative processes, I can offer some steps that might help you navigate this situation:

Review the Suspension Notice: Carefully go over any communication from Salesforce regarding the suspension. There might be specific reasons mentioned that could give you a clearer understanding of the issue.

Update and Monitor Your Case: Since you've already opened a case with Salesforce, ensure that all the necessary details and any additional information that could support your case are included. Regularly check for updates or requests for more information.

Salesforce Community Forums: Engaging with the Salesforce community forums could be beneficial. Members often share their experiences and solutions to various issues, including test suspensions. Sharing your situation, case number (as you've done), and seeking advice might bring some insights from those who have faced similar challenges.

Contact Salesforce Support Directly: If you haven't done so already, consider reaching out to Salesforce support directly through email or their support hotline. A direct conversation might expedite the review process of your case.

Prepare Documentation: Gather any documentation that supports your adherence to the testing guidelines. This could include any correspondence with Salesforce, screenshots of the test setup (if allowed and available), and notes on any technical issues you might have faced during the exam.

Seek Advice from Certified Professionals: Look for Salesforce-certified professionals within your network or in professional groups on platforms like LinkedIn. They might offer valuable advice or steps to follow based on their experience or knowledge of the system.

Stay Informed and Patient: Processes like these can take time, so staying informed about the progress while being patient is crucial. Keep checking your case status and be proactive in communication, but also understand that resolution might not be immediate.

Remember, your case is unique, and while the community can offer general advice, Salesforce is the final authority on resolving these issues. Keeping a detailed record and staying
