Need one small help.
Can we migrate a Custom Meta Data after it was created and Custom fields were added on the base Version and the Base Version was deleted accidentally.
I Got Error when Tried to deploy Upgraded Version using VS Code saying the Custom Meta Data does not exists in the Target
And after Creating it in the Target and then again repeating the same step the error came as Custom fields does not exists in the target and in VS code I dont have the option to deploy the custom fields individually.
As a workaround Not Created a CMD in the Target manually and creating the Custom Fields Manually which is tedious.
I will highly appreciate if there is any way to migrate the CMD using VS Code between Org.

Thank you for quick Response. This is exactly what I did . From Org Browser I retrieved(upgraded version with out base version) it to My local Project Folder and from there I tried to deploy to the target org after authorizing connection for it . And then I got the above-mentioned error.
