No COMPONENT named markup://force:utilityBarAPI found

Trying to follow the documentation on lightning utility bar but getting the following error.

 No COMPONENT named markup://force:utilityBarAPI found

Not sure what I am doing wrong?

    hi matthew,

    yes i also face the same issue, it's seems a standard issue.. you can use lightning:utilityBarAPI insteadof force:utilityBarAPI
