Hi all, I was facing an issue connecting Dataloader with Salesforce. I am receiving an error message 'Failed to send request'. I have gone through the Salesforce documentation at https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000385072&type=1 and videos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JpS_Bbu_0qM as well, but I haven't had any luck. So kindly help me to resolve the issue. I have tried with uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version.

@Ayesha Nadhia at the end of the error.. we have error related with certificate.. hence your application is using wrong certificate to throw this error.
you can try steps in below link
as alternative.. if you have any urgent data updates to be done.. try via dataloader.io web browser application as you managed to login successfully
