Currently, we update 2 fields (Most Recent Signed Amendment/Addendum & Amendment/Addendum Signed) when a document is sent via Salesforce using DocuSign.
When the document comes back signed, the field Amendment/Addendum Signed (checkbox) marks as true and a FLOW populates the date field when the checkbox is TRUE.
We would like that each time a certain docusign button is clicked and the docuemnt re-sent - to CLEAR those fields and update with the NEW DATE the new document was signed.
How do we accomplish that?

What is powering the docusign button? Also a flow? If so just change the logic in that flow to also update the date field.
