Hi,
I am taking over our salesforce instance. I updated Default Workflow User to myself, our email alerts stopped sending out messages. Once I updated back to previous Default Workflow User, they started firing again. Both, me and previous Default Workflow User have same User profile set to Instance Admin.
I want all email alerts to be sent from my user by default. How can I achieve that? Do I need some additional permissions for this?
