Public Sector has any relationship with Government cloud?
Is correct to talk about Government Cloud as the same as Public sector solutions?

"Government Cloud" is a specific instance of the platform with additional Government-mandated security controls beyond Salesforce's standard controls on commercial instances.
"Public Sector Solutions" is an industry package provisioned within Government Cloud that supports Public Sector-specific use cases. It includes a data model, flows, and other pre-configured functionality supporting use cases such as Grants Management, Licensing, Permitting, Inspections, Emergency Management, and Employee Experience. PSS licenses also include OmniStudio and the Business Rules Engine.
Government Cloud orgs don't need to have PSS licenses. They can still operate as core Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc. But PSS licenses can only be provisioned into Government Cloud orgs.
