Hi! I am from Mexico and for the last months I have been preparing for the administrator exam. Does anyone know where I could volunteer so I can practice what I have learned?
I think I should be ready to take the exam in 2 more months.

There might be some not for profits using Salesforce that could use a hand, but you will need to go and find these organisations that need the Salesforce support.
Personally I think you should be fine using Dev orgs, just create scenarios for yourself, and do it in a dev org. If you find a not for profit, they will probably just have you managing users and creating new fields
