My exam was suspended. What will I do to reschedule my exam? Please guide me. I already raised the case, but no one replied there on support. Case #00985606, Case #00985772

I have got below update from Kritererion support group when I checked the reason why my exam got suspended.

Kryterion aaupport: Your exam has been suspended. We are unable to effectively and properly proctor your exam due to your failure to meet certain behavioral or environmental requirements identified by the test sponsor. You have been alerted of behaviors or testing environment infractions that inhibit effective proctoring and you have acknowledged these alerts. The permissible limit of alerts set by the test sponsor has been reached. For this reason, you may not continue your exam. Your responses received up to this point will be reviewed or submitted and your test sponsor will notify you of the final results, if applicable.

It is very sad to see the above response as there were no alerts from the support guy. When I was giving my exam, support person asked me to show the whole room from every angle and I followed the instructions. He did not object on any anything present in the room except the phone which is on silent mode. Then he asked me to close the test,Then i asked him if there was any issue, if not can I continue with my exam then he said everything is fine but he was not able to resume the exam and told me to check with salesfore team. I had asked him the reason again but he was not providing any proper reason and asked me to exit the exam.

I have appeared for the certification 5 times and this is the first time I faced this way. I myself usually prefer to give exam via onsite option to get rid of these issues but since the slot availability is an issue hence had to opt for online option. I humbly request you to please share the exam result of whatever i had appeared till that moment.

Or let me know what next step we can take so that I don't end up wasting my voucher. I understand the sensitivity of these things and will assure it would be taken care going forward too as always. Please help me to sort this issue.
