We are currently using Instapage to pass Leads into Salesforce. Leads are coming over no issue HOWEVER, the Lead Owner is not receiving an email that a NEW LEAD is in their list.

When a Lead in manually created in SF, they get an email no issues.

Does anyone know what I am missing?

I have Lead Assignment Rules set up already and working.

Hi Christopher, I've noticed this sometimes when leads don't get created through the UI.

A couple of things you can try are:

    In Lightning Experience

    1. Go to Setup | Process Automation | Process Automation Settings
    2. Activate the Send an email each time automation updates the same record

It also looks like Salesforce Support can enable a setting on their end to help with this if the above doesn't work: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000390823&type=1

Finally, you could also potentially use an email alert via flow if none of the above work, such as sending an email if a lead is created from Instapage
