I am trying to send out a mass email under campaign tab but the template I would like to use isn't showing up, even when I search for it. However, it is showing up under the template tab. I use lightning and am really frustrated as I just can't seem to figure out how to fix this. Please help! Thanks! DM

Glad I found this! I had chosen "Campaign" since I was trying to send to an entire group of campaign members, didn't realize it really needed to be "Contact" -- and could not figure out why it wasn't showing up in the list of templates! Thank you
