Just like in production org, Salesforce offers a sandbox. That makes developer life easy by creating multiple sandboxes for different developers or different features which are in development.
But in developer edition org, there is no option for a sandbox. Now as an ISV partner, we have multiple streams of development & bug fixes for our application. Handling development, testing & packaging from one single org seems to be impossible.
Can anyone assist with how to deal with this efficiently?

Yes, I am using the environment hub to create the new orgs. but I am not sure how to create a copy from the existing org, so from the latest configuration team can start their work.
Also how I will sync back those changes to the dev org?
