I'm struggling to figure out on how I can configure the below formula in report.
Context:
We do have a survey report wherein the response number value is from 0 - 10. We have a condition wherein if the value is from 0 - 6, it should be a Detractor, 7 - 8 is Passive and 9 - 10 is Promoter.
Our goal for this is calculate the NSAT via
((No. of Promoters - No. of Detractors)/ Total no. of response) * 100
Initially, this can be done when using two row-level formula (To set a value of 1 if the number value is either Promote or Detractor). However, we are only limited to 1 Row-level formula.
So on the below image, the NSAT Average is incorrect. Following the above computation it should be
((10 - 1)/ 12)*100 = 75%

To provide you an update, I found out that our former admins has created already custom fields (boolean but hidden to all) on Survey Invitation object and a Flow that will update the said fields to True if conditions were met.
I will now use the said fields for summary and proceed with the above formula.
This has been resolved!
