Gostaria de saber se é possivel verificar o que foi alterado em uma conta no salesfor.
ex:
quando algum desses campos for alterado, ter um registro que guarde a informação de quem alterou e qual foi a alteração.

Hello @Erison Santiago,
To set up the history tracking on Account object, look for "Set History Tracking"
Then Enable it on the objects you want to track
And then choose the fields to track changes on (20 fields for 18 months in standard, 60 fields for a longer period with Shield) :
