Hello!
I am getting the following error message: We can't find the correct target assignment in the 'Add Bank Account' action. Make sure it points to the 'Bank Account Updated?' decision (API name: Bank_Account_Updated).
It seems the connection I made in the FLow shows fault. However I am not sure how to rectify that.
Would appreciate your help, Thanks.

Found the Solution by rearranging the components in the following order and by deleting and re-establishing all the connections.
