Can we create a Multi Select Picklist Account field that would look into all contacts in the specified Account?
I don't think this is possible but need to confirm.

1)you can create a validation rule for it it won't stop showing values but user cannot save with other values
2)custom component to show account-selected values
3) create a formula field to show selected values on Account it can be use simple message just to give user a heads-up
4) till now this is not possible with dynamic form it would be really good feature you can upvote this idea
